It means doing work that is personally satisfying because you feel like you are helping someone and/or make a difference. It means doing work that solves the problem at hand and moves toward a goal.
great work is any activity that brings you deep personal joy and freedom. In my experience, I get the most joy from inspiring people and helping them succeed. So it's not really work at all! I believe most people desire to be engaged in great work, but are confused as to what that would be, or are too comfortable to risk all to pursue their vision of it.
Great work is the key to life and everyone of us has the capability to add our unique talent into the mix of making the life experience better for everyone..
