Life success means different things and takes many forms for each of us. Whatever metrics you use to define your own personal success, if you’re like me, you’ll probably relate to this definition from Bob Dylan:
“a person is a success when they get up in the morning and go to bed at night–but in between they do whatever they want to do”.
It’s my fundamental belief success in life begins with passion and a commitment to pursue a big idea that burns white-hot and deep within you. If you have a burning desire, allow yourself to trust it and then get on with the business of bringing into the world. This requires you get comfortable living on the border of what’s known and unknown. Out on the edge is where you’ll find your best opportunities to create more impact, influence and income!
I’m fascinated with the creative process of bringing value to the world, and the discipline it requires to persevere toward realizing big ideas no matter what.
And nobody connects to ideas on creativity and innovation better than entrepreneurs–a rare breed of human being whose life purpose is to create value for others. To my fellow creative entrepreneurs, serving you with ideas and inspiration is a labor of love for me!
My purpose here is to share what I have learned about life success from nearly three successful decades of being a parent, entrepreneur, marketing, communications and creative consultant. I’ve served executives in global companies and start-up entrepreneurs alike. My entire professional life has been engaged in helping successsful business people like you innovate new ideas, strategies and tactics to create a bigger future.
